Beals on Wheels

I know it’s been a while since the last post. That’s because hubby and I were busy traveling up the west coast, into Canada and back (all by way of the Mazda!). Here’s a little map showing where all went:

Our Road Trip

Tons of places! And we got to connect with some really amazing people along the way too. Here are some highlights from the trip:

  • Showing David around the Chico State Campus where I went to college (they’ve added a few buildings!)
  • Visiting with friends in Chico
  • Kayaking and paddle boarding with the Fishers in Bend, OR
  • Lunch with Erica Ogle in Portland
  • Time with David and Grace Bragg (and baby Anabelle) in Lacey, WA
  • Experiencing the beauty of Banff and Lake Louise in Alberta, Canada
  • Camping with the Duguids and M at Lac Le Biche, Canada
  • Driving through Glacier National Park
  • Realizing that my purse, which was lost/stolen at Burger King in Casper, WY didn’t have my cell phone in it (praise the Lord!)
  • Miniature Golfing with friends in Colorado
  • Going to Veronica Preston’s baby shower!

And if you’d like to see a “few” photos of this road trip (we added almost 5,000 miles to our car!), you can see them here:

Happy Trails!

What fun! Just looked at every one of your pics. So glad you two like to play!

We are leaving a week from today to go (back again) camping in Glacier for 12 days! Can’t wait to see us some more bears!

Thanks for sharing! Love you guys.

Hi Holly: Love the map with locations marked along with the mini-notes about the trip, too. Soooo, glad you two had a wonderfully (and probably exhausting and occasionally ‘seat-sore’) fun time! 🙂

So very, very sorry your purse was lost/stolen while in Wy! NOT FUN! 😦 However, I rejoice with you that your cell phone wasn’t in your purse!

And your photo album is great! Love, Debbie. 🙂

    • Awe, thanks so much for checking out the photos! And I’m glad you enjoyed the map, that was David’s idea 🙂 Occasionally we had “sore seats” but most of the driving was quite enjoyable.
